  • Check-in is after the designated time. Enter the provided code to unlock the door.
  • Before sharing check-in information, you must fill out and sign the rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.
  • This unit is located in Building 3 on the 1st floor.

  • Units are wheelchair accessible.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop at the bottom of the hill provide access to attractions in Pigeon Forge for a fee of $0.50.

  • GUEST MAKING RESERVATION MUST BE 23 OR OLDER
  • ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES
    • Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund. Deposits may be refunded, rental refused, or occupancy discontinued if, in the opinion of management, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks of any kind are allowed.
  • NO PETS ALLOWED (Resort policy)
  • NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO
    • Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking in the property is detected.
  • Trailers and car hauler parking is strictly prohibited. Alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • Premises are to be used only for residential purposes, with no animals and for no other purpose.
  • Tenant must observe and comply with all restrictions, laws, and ordinances affecting the premises or occupancy thereof.
  • No use of the premises shall increase the existing rate of insurance or cause cancellation of any insurance policy covering the premises.

Fees and Payments

  • A $250 security deposit will be temporarily held on your credit card for any damages that might occur after your stay.
  • Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.

Cancellation/Deposit Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days in advance of your arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to your arrival date, you will forfeit the entire (100%) rental fee.
  • All cancellations must be made by phone (call 855-44-SWEET). Reservations cannot be canceled online.
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. In this case, all monies paid will be refunded. The company is not liable for any other costs incurred by the client.
  • The company is not liable for loss or delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, any technical or weather problems with transport, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond their control.

  • Each unit offers free parking for your car.
  • Trailers and car haulers are strictly prohibited. Alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.

  • Resort amenities include gathering and picnic areas, outdoor grills (grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings), quarter-mile walking trail, tetherball, volleyball court, horseshoes, two playgrounds, basketball court, and shuffleboard.
  • All buildings have elevators and units are wheelchair accessible.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The use of the swimming pool or other facilities is at your own risk. Injury, damage, or loss to the client's property is the client's responsibility.
  • Tenant assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of landlord and tenant, including household furniture and goods during use and occupancy.
  • Tenant assumes all risks associated and holds the landlord harmless and indemnifies landlord against the same.
